At Fontana Forni, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship of our Italian-made ovens and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your oven or accessory does not meet your expectations, items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully repackage your item in its original crate or packaging, ensuring all components and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  For freight items like pizza ovens, we will coordinate a professional carrier pickup; for smaller accessories, use the provided prepaid shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
