In-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. Due to the weight and handcrafted nature of our products, transit times via freight delivery usually range from 7 to 14 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While our countertop models are ready to use out of the box, we provide detailed manuals and video guides for setup. For built-in residential units, we recommend consulting a local contractor or mason to ensure proper ventilation and structural support.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
We stand by our craftsmanship with a comprehensive warranty that covers the dome of the oven for 2 years and other components for 1 year against manufacturing defects.
Can I use my Fontana Forni oven in the winter?

What is your return policy for large appliances?
